Removing rumor

Hi all,

The rumor package converts MIDI keyboard input to Lilypond sheet music notation.
We initially introduced this package back in 2009 because Frescobaldi (a
Lilypond IDE) interfaced with it, but Frescobaldi now does its own MIDI to
Lilypond conversion. Rumor hasn't been maintained upstream since 2010 and it
needs to be updated for every new guile release.

Given it's abandoned upstream, its main use case (Frescobaldi) no longer
applies, and it requires regular patching, I propose removing it from the
archive.

Are there any objections? (Alternatively, would anybody like to add themselves
to the uploaders field and take over keeping an eye on it for me?)
