In addition to Kodi many addons are also packaged in Debian. Usually I
upload betas to experimental and when the addons are updated as well I
upload the final version to unstable.
Most likely some addons will lag a bit behind, thus Kodi 18 will most
likely enter unstable shortly after the final release.
