[Pkg-netatalk-devel] Patching Bullseye

FYI I have a work branch on Salsa here:
https://salsa.debian.org/netatalk-team/netatalk/-/commits/3.1.12_ds-8%2Bdeb11u1

Once we have a green light from the Release Team I'll tag the branch
code at that point and then delete the work branch.

I have a working patched arm64 deb generated by debuild now. Next step
is to figure out cross-arch binary debs.
