[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Uploaders

As I am now in the Salsa maintainers for VCS, is there any objection to
me adding myself to the Uploaders list for the package and then asking
Debian Developers with dak access to grant me upload access to the
package?  This way I can push out 1.18.0-9 which has an RC level bug fix
in it (for the FTBFS, which includes a module version rollback), and so
we can show the package is indeed being 'maintained'?  (And I'll prep
for 1.20.2-1 as well so we can be on the latest stable track, gbp makes
this easy)

(NOTE I just updated debian/watch so we can track Stable and use gbp to
properly pull things in)

Getting that RC bug fixed is a huge taks on my radar, and there's an RFS
that I'd like to hard-reject that basically wants to radically redesign
all the NGINX packaging that would be quite detrimental to the hard work
we've put in (and bypasses the repository entirely).
