I updated the Debian package and uploaded 4.6.0-1 to Debian unstable
just now. See https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-ofed/mstflint.git for
details.

I created a pull request for all our patches that we have:
https://github.com/Mellanox/mstflint/pull/2

I saw that you tagged v4.6.0-1 just two hours ago. Please do not use
dashes in the version (that conflicts with our Debian versioning) and
do not change existing releases once they are out of the door. Please
use v4.6.1 or v4.6.0.1 for fixups of v4.6.0.
