In the beginning, especially after only reading #745456, I was rather
hesistant, even against introducing this change to PyOpenCL.
Now, after reading this thread and thinking about entire OpenCL
situation in Debian I'm starting to like it. If it is implemented,
it'll solve my doubts about depending on opencl-icd in PyOpenCL.
I'll think about it, and then try to summarize my point of view.

The only problem I can see for now is that if meta-opencl-icd
Depends and Recommends all opencl-icd, including non-free ones,
it won't be accepted in main - and thus all packages dpending
on it (and not on opencl-icd) will have to be in contrib.
