[Pkg-opencl-devel] Bug#974792: Proposed RM: beignet -- RoM; FTBFS with LLVM > 9, replaced by intel-opencl-icd

beignet FTBFS with LLVM > 9 (#974792).  beignet uses libllvm/libclang 
heavily enough that it usually has this kind of bug on a new LLVM 
release, but this time my attempts to fix it failed (see the Salsa CI logs).

It is abandoned upstream and mostly replaced by intel-opencl-icd.  (This 
is not a perfect replacement because it has a higher minimum hardware 
requirement, but pocl-opencl-icd also exists and should (slowly) work 
there.)

Given this, I don't consider it worth spending more time on, and will 
make this into a real RM request if nobody objects.  (I may have already 
kept it around for longer than actually made sense because it was my 
first package as an official maintainer.)
