Okay, cool.  It has definitely shown a measured improvement on our servers.

If you read through the scalex presentation, you'll see a note about the 
lightweight dispatcher.  It's something I enable on our servers through a 
compile time variable for 2.3 (since it is generally a 2.4 feature).  I'm 
not sure if that's something Debian really cares to enable for the 2.3 
build.  It is stable, and adds performance, but also isn't necessary for 
the operational capabilities.
