I hadn't given this due thought before... the templates in openldap2 are
completely dead at this point, the only binaries built from openldap2 source
are libldap2 and libldap2-dev and all of the debconf questions are about
slapd, which is now handled through openldap2.3.

Christian, do you have any way of blacklisting these questions, so that
translators don't waste any more time on them?  Sorry, I wish I had noticed
this before you'd already done 3 other NMUs for it... :/
