Mathias Gug <mathiaz at ubuntu.com> is the specification drafter for the Ubuntu
blueprint for cn=config:

Otherwise, responsibility for the package lies mainly with the Ubuntu server
team at large, with me also involved as a co-maintainer on the Debian
package.
