[Pkg-openmpi-maintainers] Override disparities in source package openmpi

The affected packages are:

openmpi-common
libopenmpi-dev
openmpi-doc
openmpi-bin
libopenmpi1

I hope this is what you need. I can't remember having seen an override
disparity email. Is this sent to the maintainer or to the uploader?
(Excuse my stupid questions, I'm quite new in Debian maintaining.)
