[Pkg-openmpi-maintainers] Bug#753001: openmpi

Hello,

One of my users came by asking to install some software that needs openmpi. 
I've noticed that upstream is up to 1.10, but the watch file on svn.debian.org 
hardcodes the v1.6 path. What do you think of this update to the watch file?

+http://www.open-mpi.org/software/ompi/ .*/openmpi-([\d+\.]+)\.tar\.gz


It appears the base path shows the most recent release. This shows the current 
version, but doesn't clearly differentiate between stable and unstable 
releases.
