[Pkg-openmpi-maintainers] Bug#816648: Suggests: openmpi-checkpoint, which does not exist

openmpi-bin Suggests: openmpi-checkpoint.  But there is no such
package in openmpi 1.10.2-8.  There was one built fro 1.6.5-11.

Either the Suggests: openmpi-checkpoint should be removed from openmpi-bin.  
Or the openmpi-checkpoint package should be reinstated into 1.10.2.
