[Pkg-openmpi-maintainers] Bug#837525: libopenmpi2: ships incorrect SONAME links

Hi,

libopenmpi2 comes with 2 broken SONAME links:

/usr/lib/libmca_common_fabric.so.20 -> libmca_common_libfabric.so.20.0.0
/usr/lib/libompitrace.so.0 -> libompitrace.so.0.0.0

The attached patch should fix this.
