Hi,

I do not speak Spanish, and I suggest you try contacting the a
user group about your problem. Try sending an email to
debian-user-spanish at lists.debian.org in case you still have
problems.

I think the problem is that you installed the libssl0.9.7 from
the security update, and then removed the line for security
updates from your /etc/apt/sources.list.

The packages from the security update has:
Package: libssl-dev
Version: 0.9.7e-3sarge1
Depends: libssl0.9.7 (= 0.9.7e-3sarge1)

So it seems to me that you're trying to install the version
without security update, which would be:
Package: libssl-dev
Version: 0.9.7e-3
Depends: libssl0.9.7 (= 0.9.7e-3)

I suggest that you add the following line to your
/etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://security.debian.org/ sarge/updates main

Then run apt-get update, then try apt-get install libssl-dev
again.

If that doesn't work, you can try downgrading your libssl0.9.7 to
version 0.9.7e-3 instead of 0.9.7e-3sarge1.

I'm closing this bug, since I don't think this is a bug in the
package.

Kurt
