[Pkg-openssl-devel] please add 10.1 back to the changelog

Hi,

Your recent 0.9.8g-11 upload removes the -10.1 entry from the changelog.
Please don't do that but rather add a new changelog entry above it.

The problem is that the BTS uses the changelog to determine which versions
have existed. This can be clearly seen in the graph from this bug report
which shows that the BTS thinks there's some branch that has the bug fixed
and that the bug is still open in -11:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=483379

If you could readd the missing changelog entry in a next upload that would be
great.

cheers,
Thijs
