[Pkg-openssl-devel] libssl0.9.8g-10 and PerlQt

Hi,
i'm a Debian Sid user having problem with the libssl0.9.8g-10 update. Tha
package is installed but not yet configured. Debconf fails with this error
message:

*Checking for services that may need to be restarted...done.
Checking init scripts...

Restarting services possibly affected by the upgrade:
Stopping MTA for restart:hostname --fqdn did not return a fully qualified
name, dc_minimaldns will not
work. Please fix your /etc/hosts setup.
 exim4_listener.
Restarting MTA: exim4.

Services restarted successfully.

Checking for services that may need to be restarted...done.
Checking init scripts...

*I'm not a software developer, so i don't know how to fix this.
Libssl is very important for many packets of my installation
Help me
