Attempts to fetch this using curl from Lenny;

fail

Using openssl s_client I can connect and type a plausible HTTP session.

Which suggests a bug in how openssl is being invoked?!

Lynx can't fetch this, Iceweasel in Lenny can (although I've seen suggestions 
some can't so it might be configurable, or depend on upgrade path or specific 
version), wget does fetch it fine.

A quick web search shows a similar issues with another site also using IBM 
HTTP server.

I would usually file a bug, but I'm not clear if the server might be 
misconfigured, or in which package this is occurring.
