    Ready for review.
    
    * develop:
      Reset debian/changelog for v0.05-1 (unstable).
      Include libtest-pod-perl & libtest-pod-coverage-perl in Build-Depends-Indep.
      Include libmoose-perl in package dependencies.
      Installing the module README with the package is not necessary.
