    * develop:
      Changes for version v0.16
      Net::Citadel ToDo as of 16 October 2012.
      Correct the mcpani authorid used in Makefile.PL from DRRHO to JAME.
      Replace tabs with spaces in the 'new' function.
      Update the documentation for the 'new' function.
      Bump version to 0.16
