This tag includes the following new commits:

       new  4bba69a   Create Net::OpenID::Common and move some bits out of ::Consumer into it so that future versions of ::Server can use them:
       new  9b6a754   Some initial work towards a proper framework for extensions. This doesn't actually do anything yet.
       new  d6e8545   IndirectMessage now depends on Common, not on Consumer.
