Bug#274792: Reported file conflict

Hello,

I would like (not suprrising, I guess) the file to be renamed in
shapelib, if possible. The reason for this is that libdbd-xbase-perl
is a package specifically made to use DBF files, while AFAICT shapelib
only uses it for exporting - The dbf* programs are not even documented
(bug #148037missing manpage). By the way, regarding that bug: Proably
the programs should be located in another directory, as
/usr/share/doc/shapelib/examples or something like that...
