Bug#541086: Please quiet lvm status messages

Package: liblinux-lvm-perl
Version: 0.14-1
Severity: wishlist

Calling Linux::LVM's functions (example: get_volume_group_list) prints messages like the following to stderr:

    Finding all volume groups
    Finding volume group "Giri"
    Finding all volume groups
    Finding volume group "Giri"

It'd be nice if those were silenced by Linux::LVM.
