Bug#601601: cannot include 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1/128 as it has already been included

Dave,
    Thanks for the feedback. I have been taken ill this week. So I won't 
do anything until I'm better but when I am, if "fixed"  is still the 
last word I'll move the code from "experimental" to "unstable".
