I'm raising the severity of these bugs to "important", as in the
maintainer's opinion (as discussed on #debian-perl), while not making
these packages outright unuseable and thus RC-buggy, these issues can be
highly annoying, filling logs and causing lots of meaningless emails,
which in practice breaks many valid use cases and confuses our users.

Thus, it would really be good to have them fixed in wheezy, especially
since the fixes are trivial.
