Bug#721159: seems to be not installable atm in sid -- PreDepends: perlapi-5.14.2 which is a virtual package

haven't spotted that it was '-done' before hitting the 'send'.  I would
have appreciated if it was left open until transition is over so I could
know when to approach building my packages again.  Moreover others might
run into it as well and iirc it would not be listed while reportbug'ing
if it is closed.
