biblatex and biber

Hi Norbert

A SuSE maintainer has made a pull request on Github a few weeks ago but
unfortunately the upstream author of the Data Diver Perl package has not
approved this move yet.

As long as the license issue is not solved, not a single distribution can
make use of Biber because of this dependency.

I raised the issue with the Biber authors but Diver is a. integral part of
Biber.

Maybe we have to figure out some non-free workaround?

BR
