Ah yes, that's even in the patch:
-use Business::ISBN::Data 20081208; # now a separate module
+use Business::ISBN::Data 20120719.001; # now a separate module

Dan, you write "patches from upstream": Out of curiosity, can you
point us to the source, please? I don't seen anything new for
Business-ISBN on the CPAN or on github.
