I have just checked the debian/copyright on [1], and only the debian/*
section is dual-licensed (Artistic/GPL-1+) which is how dh-make-perl
generated the debian/copyright.

If this should should be only single licensed as well I shall update the
package. If this is the case all of the new libnet-frame-*-perl and
libnet-libdnet6-perl packages will also be affected.
