I can't reproduce this anymore. 

The upstream ticket [rt.cpan.org #68282] says it was due to 
[rt.cpan.org #61577] / [perl #112736], which was #659075 on 
our side and fixed in perl/5.14.2-11 (thanks to Daniel Kahn Gillmor.)

Can this be closed?
