question about perl man sections

(Without having looked) I assume that they are identical if the
versions of Module::Build and config_data in the separate
libmodule-build-perl package and the one(s) shipped in perl-modules
are the same, or at least the contents of config_data is the same,
even if the versions differ slightly.

This is probably the case right now, but can change when
libmodule-build-perl is much newer (or when a newer
libmodule-build-perl is installed with an older perl), so shipping
(and diverting) the files seems reasonable.

(And the problem will go away anyway since Module::Build is about to
leave perl core :))
