Ah, this one is caused by the prove --merge option we use in 
 /usr/share/pkg-perl-autopkgtest/build-deps.d/smoke

Not sure yet what's the best course of action. Copying the
libcapture-tiny-perl bug too. It's possible that it's the
same issue even though I can't reproduce that one.
