Bug#843134: libmce-perl: MCE::Relay fails syntax check on its own

Package: libmce-perl
Version: 1.807-1
User: debian-perl at lists.debian.org
Usertags: autopkgtest

This package failed its autopkgtest checks on ci.debian.net.

 https://ci.debian.net/packages/libm/libmce-perl/unstable/amd64/

The problem is that MCE::Relay doesn't compile on its own.

  % perl -e 'use MCE::Relay'
  Bareword "OUTPUT_W_RLA" not allowed while "strict subs" in use at /usr/share/perl5/MCE/Relay.pm line 213.
  Compilation failed in require at -e line 1.
  BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at -e line 1.

It looks like the module is only intended to be used indirectly;
this error doesn't trigger when MCE.pm is already loaded.

It's probably easiest to just put MCE/Relay in debian/tests/pkg-perl/syntax-skip.
