I was thinking in addition to
Tags: admin::logging, devel::lang:perl, implemented-in::perl, protocol::http, protocol::ssl
you could add something like
upstream::deprecated
but there is no list anywhere in
https://wiki.debian.org/Debtags/
that one can check the existing list of tags to see if there is any that
already contain the word deprecated. So I don't know.
