fgallery broken which might be caused by bug in libjson-xs-perl

... or the latest Git commit which I locally named 1.9.0~geo and applied
my patch to get geolocations.

Meanwhile I have rebuild libjson-xs-perl 3.010-2 for latest perl and
once this is installed my local 1.9.0 fgallery runs properly as
expected.  So it seemst that really libjson-xs-perl is broken.  If
needed I can try to create a simple test case.
