I'm seeing the same on sid/amd64 if I change the build dependencies.
Which is surprising insofar as the autopkgtests with mysql worked
last Saturday when I uploaded -4 (which changed the server setup
because it had started to fail with mysql). -- And now those
autopkgtests fail as well. I guess it woould be too easy if mysql
didn't change behaviour once a week :/ OTOH, there was only one
mysql-5.7 upload to unstable, and that was on 2016-10-17 (i.e. before
-4), so something else might have changed. Hm.

Well, since autopkgtests fail as well we probably should have some
motivation to look into this :)
