In this case I was really tempted to take a look since I know that
5.22 is not our current perl version :)

Too bad we still have non-release architectures in (r)madison and
other outputs.
In this case I'd like to see 1.9.1-3.

Sounds reasonable to me.
Or maybe just taking the highest version in unstable would work as
well.
