Bug#891334: libglib-object-introspection-perl: Does not recommend or depend on libxml-libxml-perl for perli11ndoc

Sorry about the upstream list post. I had replied to a couple posts on that
list recently and typed it in out of habit, I guess.

So the options are generally either keep it in $PATH and add docs or move
it to /usr/share/doc/? If I were to work on thie docs and submit a patch,
how long would you be willing to wait? I might not be able to get to it
right away.
