[pkg-php-pear] Is php-email-validator worth packaging? (Was: Failing tests in symfony 2.6.x)

A bit late, since php-email-validator is on its way into experimental:

Starting with Symfony 2.5 the validator component knows about a "strict"
mode for validating email addresses [1]. If we do not provide
php-email-validator, the strict mode email validation is of no use. Thus
in my opinion it was worth adding php-email-validator to Debian rather
than disabling the tests written for the new strict validation mode.
