[pkg-php-pear] simple-phpunit missing in php-symfony-phpunit-bridge ?

Hello,

I have a package that uses simple-phpunit for the tests. This file which would 
be installed by composer in /vendor/symfony/phpunit-bridge/bin/simple-phpunit

I expected to find it in php-symfony-phpunit-bridge package, but this package 
doesn't ship it.

If it is installed, where can I find it?
