[pkg-php-pear] Bug#1061291: Acknowledgement (composer: recommends missing: php-curl)

Dear Maintainers,

as a post-scriptum note:

Maybe this is a missing dependency-detection in dh_phpcomposer and
actually this dependency should pop up as part of the
${phpcomposer:Debian-recommend} substvar?

Or maybe the upstream's composer.json should list php-curl?
But i don't find the location where to place it, since the composer json
file format[1] has "require" and "suggest", but no "recommends"
dependency section.

best regards,

Max
