[Pkg-raspi-maintainers] RFC: extending the root partition/file system on first boot

I looked at cloud-initramfs-growroot briefly. Aside from not realizing that
the “p” needs to be stripped to go from a partition (e.g. “/dev/mmcblk0p1”)
to the device (e.g. “/dev/mmcblk0”), the hook didn’t work for me — after
rebooting (twice!), the root file system was still the same size as before.

For now, I went ahead and published
https://people.debian.org/~stapelberg/2017/03/22/raspberry-pi-3.html with
my script. If someone wants to make cloud-initramfs-growroot work for us,
please feel free to do so.
