Bug#871478: freerdp-x11: freerdp will not connect to windows server with TLS1.2 enabled only

Dear Maintainer,

freerdp fails to connect to windows machines running TLS1.2 with the following error:
SSL_connect: I/O error: Connection reset by peer (104)
Error: protocol security negotiation or connection failure

I have experienced the above connection problem with Windows Server 2012R2.

This issue was reported to freerdp[1] and later resolved by adding support for protocol negotiation[2].

Is there a debian package version that has alredy implemented the upstream fix?
