[DRE-maint] Please comment on three WIP packages...

Hi, 

I just svn-injected three packages (into packages-wip):
libcolor-tools-ruby, libtransaction-simple-ruby and
libpdf-writer-ruby. I also filed ITP bugs on them (respectively,
#442082, #442084 and #442087). 

The three packages appear to build correctly. I think the first two
are ready to be uploaded (but please, they are my first Ruby
packages), while the third requires still some more work (basically
making sure the dependencies are right, check some licensing/patents
details, writing a manpage or three, and stuff like that). Oh, and
BTW, the upstream tarball seems to have a little problem - if you just
fetch it, dpkg-source will complain. Just untar and retar.

Please take a look at them, and help me fix it :)
