[DRE-maint] Bug#608196: redmine: database not configured automatically during install

I don't get better results :
# dpkg-reconfigure -plow redmine
Redmine instance "default" database must be configured manually.

I also try to remove and purge redmine package and reinstall it again but I get the same result too.
