There is something wrong with either dbconfig-common, debconf, or redmine...

I'd appreciate these :
* dbconfig-common version, debconf version, is cdebconf installed ?
* do you see prompts when you reconfigure other packages ?
  choose the right backend with dpkg-reconfigure debconf
* send me the output of debconf-show redmine
