[DRE-maint] Bug#713153: seems the error is coming from ruby-rr

Hi Taniguchi,

We should try to run rr tests during the build so we can catch these
issues early on. I'm discussing with upstream for them to include
tests in gem file itself. Please add any comments you have at
https://github.com/rr/rr/issues/32 and also help me enable the tests.
