Thanks for the input. I did not specify any ruby version and was not asked
for one.
Following the wiki :
https://wiki.debian.org/Ruby#Selecting_the_default_Ruby_interpreter_system-wide
  apt-get install ruby-switch  ruby1.9.1-full
  ruby-switch --set ruby1.9.1
  apt-get install ruby-nokogiri

now it works, thanks so much.
