No, I am afraid this is not enough. Please add the complete license text 
to debian/copyright.
Please also tell upstream that he needs to add something (for CC BY 3.0 
the link is sufficient, OFL requires to add the complete text).

My version of README.md does not contain "fontello.com". So why can the 
copyright move from fontello.com to entypo.com?
