[DRE-maint] Bug#758885: Please support compilation of non-native ruby interpreter support

Please install these files into the ruby-passenger binary package:

dh_install: usr/share/passenger/ruby_extension_source/extconf.rb  
exists in debian/tmp but is not installed to anywhere
dh_install:  
usr/share/passenger/ruby_extension_source/passenger_native_support.c  
exists in debian/tmp but is not installed to anywhere

Ruby Passenger 4 can handle utilizing different ruby interpreter  
versions on different passenger instances simultaneous. For some ruby  
interpreter versions native extensions are already provided /  
compiled. For other ruby interpreter versions, the site admin can  
compile an extension for his/her favourite ruby interpreter version  
post-package-installation.

For this to work, the above files need to be installed into  
bin:package ruby-interpreter.
